Where can I buy a Satellite Receiver which works on sharing channels over internet connection in Dubai UAE?

I heard that there is a Satellite Receiver which can be connected to ADSL internet connection and it will allow you to see all the encrypted channels over Nile Sat, Bader Sat and Hot Bird, maybe not all of them but the majority of them at think, I want to know where I can buy one in Dubai or it is coming from outside the country? Kindly advise how much is it cost and where I can buy one? If it is sold outside UAE and there is a website I can buy online, please send it to me so I can see if I can buy it online or not. Thanks guys :)

it wont open OSN because they use a special HD box now , and the code servers keep being blocked
