Can you surf in Dubai?

I am in dubai and cant surf net freely, anyone know of any good proxy sites that work easily? thanks?

    Proxies get blocked all the time and a lot of them have viruses attached to them. They also don't work with a lot of web site functions. The personal VPN puts your entire network connection in a VPN tunnel and encrypts everything out of country. All web sites work, even video. I've used it for a couple of years and it's never been blocked.
