Excellent industrial engineer looking for job?

I am in US, looking for a Civil Engineer Job in Middle East?

I am a civil engineer, working in USA for the last five years, Highway design and Highway construction work, have a total more then 10 yrs experience, have PE license from Canada. Can some body help me get on the right track for finding a job in Middle east. had been trying to find a job on internet and applying for the last 6 months without any luck even not an interview. can somebody suggest a reputed agent in the middle east or here in the US. I am not sure what I am doing wrong but their is no response.

Without any offense please, did it ever cross your mind that companies which want to hire an American engineer don't hire an Indian (?) engineer because an Indian engineer hired from India is much cheaper? I honestly don't know if that's the reason that you didn't get any response but it could be possible. You also should take into consideration that the construction sector in Dubai didn't recoverd fully yet. Below please find some recruiters: http://www.startpagedubai.com/jobs.htm You won't find any American recruiters hiring in the Middle East. Do you have any American/Canadian degree?
