Steps to get a tourist visa for Dubai?

  • Okay so I'm a Pakistani guy and I practically spent my life in Dubai and now I have been in America for over a year. I am feeling really homesick and would like to go back after a couple of months, for 2 months at least and stay with some friends. Now the thing is I've read tourist visas to Dubai are valid for a month and you can get em if you book a hotel but the thing is I don't want to stay in a hotel and pay so much! What I wish to do is apply for a tourist visa for a month, stay with friends, then maybe go to Pakistan for a week when my visa is about to expire and apply for a tourist visa for another month from there. (I know it sounds a little cocky and all but I'm dying to get out for a while :P).......... Okay so basically that's my plan. I wish to avoid hotel costs as my budget won't let me account for them. I am a little lost about the whole tourist visa procedures though and if there is any way to get around the whole hotel thing......so if anyone understands what I'm trying to say please help me out! :'(

    Two options you get 1- Your friend request for visit visa upon his employer 2- Your friend can request for visit visa through DXB immigration but he should show some cheap hotel reservation wont cost you more than aed200 :P

Visit visas for non relatives mostly will be rejected. Fly Emirates and apply for a visa through the Airline directly: http://gulfnews.com/news/gulf/uae/visa/emirates-airline-online-uae-visa-1.633061 For your trip from Pakistan you can do the same through Air Arabia/Fly Dubai also.
