How easy is it for indian women to get a job as an IT business analyst in dubai?

ive read mixed reviews about women getting jobs in dubai....can anyone with real experience help? how's the work environment in dubai ,what about salary differences and other discrimination.

i dont think there is any discrimination if its an indoor job . but if the job requires travelling then they prefer males and with driving license. the environment is good and there r plenty of ladies working here , even single samir
