Laptop TV Tuner in UAE?

hey guys...i want to buy a tv tuner for my hp laptop with windows vista installed, i was adviced to go to al-ain mall in dubai to buy one, but i'm not sure what kind to buy!! should i buy digital or analog tuner? what brand is good?. I'm looking for USB connection tuner (not card), and i want to connect my laptop DIRECTLY to my dish and NOT to the house reciver so i can watch tv freely. a friend told there something called DVB, is this better than the tv tuner or what?!! thanks

oh yes, DVB is the best. b/w dragon mart have Chinese stuff and much cheaper than Alain center in Bur Dubai, i sow so many shops sell TV cards and so.
