Can i get a mission visa whilst i am in ban period for uae?

  Good question indeed. Mission Visa which is issued in Abu Dhabi is basically classified as a short term working visa which can be extended and converted into a full working visa. By definiion of the new law in he UAE, individual with working ban CAN NOT be issued an employment visa during the duration of the ban period. However, any other visit (tourist, short term, exhibition, family, etc) type of non-working visa is allowed to be issued and hence, you can travel. Technically - this means that you WON't be able to get a mission visa. However - knowing the UAE Immigration laws to be sometimes lenient and flexible, I would say you try. There is no harm is trying to apply for a mission visa. You can be rejected - but who cares, at least you found it out first time info. But how about if you succeed?
