    That sun lotions/cremes cause cancer is nonsense. Not using it can lead to skin cancer. If you don't have a clue about sunscreens, visit the next pharmacy and get advised regarding your skin type. They will tell you which is the best for you. More important than any brand is the SF. For the face you should take a higher SF than for the body. What kind of sunscreen you should use also depends on where you want to use it. Does it need to be water proofed? Do you want lotion, creme or oil? I can recommend Bioterm products which are available in good Pharmacies.

Our sun is brutal, the best sunblock I have found so far is by Louis Widmer (it comes in a yellow tube) and can be found in big pharmacies. It comes in many SPF's, I usually use the 20+ one which basically means it's 40 or more. What I love about it is that it doesn't have that "glossy" effect after you apply it, so you don't look greasy, and it stays intact, it does not melt with the heat or anything. It's great, try it :)

Neutrogena.Dry Touch.SPF 45. It does not cause greasy film on the skin and acnes. YOu may get cancer by NOT using a sunscreen.
