Moving to Dubai to work?
-
Hello, I am completing my Degree in Human Resources from Ryerson University. I am planning to move to Dubai and work as a Human Resources profession. Do you think it is a good idea? I have only few months of experience of working as an HR profession. Do you think I have good future in Dubai? I do not know if it matters or not but how is the job market for women in that country? I speak and write English fluently. I can also speak hindi fluently

well it depends where u get a job and how much ur paid for it. before u think of leaving be sure u have job security n u have enough money. n rarely there is job security in middle east u go to dubai there's emiratisation u go to qatar there's qatarisation. so before u think of moving out be sure that u get a job n have money. im not from dubai but the situation in qatar is more like qataris r given more preference over other nationals and the rent and living expenditure is also quiet expensive for an outsider. middle east is no longer the old middle east. however,u can try.

HR in dubai is very popular and they are paid quite good. I personally think it is a good idea since u have a good degree from a good university so you r going to be fine be sure and yes u will have a future if u pick a good job with job security. Yes u will be alright if u r a woman, women in dubai have very good class in jobs don't worry its the 21st century...dubai(UAE) is not like other middle eastern countries that r still closed minded and way back behind. Dubai is a great place to live and u r going to love it be sure of that. hope it helps
