How do you get a job as a chef offshore?

How can i get job in dubai hotel as chef ? what kind of papers i need ?

  • i am working in cyprus as chef in differnt places till 4 years , now i would like to come in dubai and work there. i am still workig now in ittalian restaurant , i had worked in greek ,english , cyprot restaurnt and in a hotel with international restaurant
