When is the best time to travel the country?

Can i travel to home country & come back if my passport is expiring in a months time?

  • I am living on a residence visa in Abu Dhabi & my passport is expring on 7th June, 2007. Can i go to india(my home country) and be back before the passport expires? Or what else is reqd. as i need to go urgently for a weeks time in may.

    Better you could renew your passport before going for vacation. Contact the Indian Embassy in Abu Dhabi to do this and it will take only two working days to get back your passport. If you wish to renew from India, it will take a long time to complete the formalities. to be safe I would try to renew it before you left. or renew it when you get home. I am sure if you had documentaion of the renewal process, there should be no problem.

u can go and return before the expiry of ur pasport , no problem , as long as u have valid UAE residence visa and valid pasport even if its only for one day . justto be safe if u renew the pasport will be better
