How can I remove lifelong ban to the UAE?

My sis has a UAE lifetime ban coz of health prblem.Is der any way to remove ban since she's now fit to work?

    Please think about for a min what you are asking. Your sis having a indefinite ban because of health problems, means she has any contagious disease like Hepatitis or she is HIV pos/Aids. Your sis isn't only unfit to work, she is also a health risk to the community. Beside this, expats need to have a job to obtain a residence visa (unless they are investors) or must be sponsored by parents or spouse, which doesn't apply to your sister. Anyway, lifting such a ban would defeat it's purpose, right? Take care.

There is no way she can get visa now even she seems fit to you she may not be fit in the eyes of doctors. There is a very long procedure to lift that kind of ban which may take years to get a decision which after all hard work resulted in declining the applicant's request for lifting the ban. Anyway how is it possible that she was so sick and now she is fit??? usually people who have contagious diseases which are not cure able get this ban, so it also not safe for her to come and work and also dangerous for others.
