Can I come on a visit visa to dubai when I've failed the medical test for residence/employment visa?

    A very interesting question. I never saw any official information regarding this. My personal opinion (not a confirmed information!). If you are able to obtain a visit visa may depend on your Nationality and your disease. Your personal data are stored at Immigration and the Authorities may assume that you will enter the UAE again and work illegally regardless your disease. Especially if you are an India, Pakistani, etc. In other words, I would say No, but why don;t you just try. For sure you won't get a visa if your disease was the reason for deportation. In this case you are blacklisted and can't re-enter.

They don't do medical for visit visa as far as I know so it's possible but I f u hv failed cos u hv something like tb or HIV then yr name may possibly be on a blacklist they're not stupid they know if someone applies for residence and fails they will apply for visit
