What i will get as end of service when i have a limited contract?

i am working with my company for less than two years , my contract is limited for three years my company want to terminate some of staf as they have no job , what company will pay as end of service , please explain to me , i am working in abu dhabi thanks

I am assuming you are a foreign employee. You earns 21 days pay for each full year of service in first five years. As you havent made two years, you will be entitled to only one year gratuity. The amount IS 2/3 less if YOU leave voluntarily before serving three full years. If they are trying to get you to quit and sign a paper to do so.... DO NOT!

If nothing different is statef in your work contract and the UAE Labour Law applies, you will receive a 3 months salary (if you get terminated now) as end of service benefit.
