Can I go anywhere in UAE on Abu dhabi Visa?

If i am in the uae, i am on a visit visa..can i go to saudi arabia after getting a visa from the uae consulate

I think so. I went from Kuwait to Dubai on a work visa in Kuwait. But I'm not 100% sure.

(1) To be able to get a Saudi Arabian visit visa from their embassy in UAE, you should be a holder of UAE employment visa. (2) To be able to stamp a Saudi Arabian employment visa on your passport from their embassy in UAE, your Saudi Arabian employment visa must have been issued / addressed to their UAE embassy. Normally, the visas are sent to the country where the guy is belong to, in your case India.

No, you cannot go to Saudi because you are only a visitor here in Dubai. The embassy will require you to apply in your country because the most important requirement here is that you are a valid UAE resident.
