How long does it take to get abu dhabi employment visa?its more than a month since they have applied.pls help?

my husband is now working in abu dhabi in visit visa.his company has applied for hs employment visa and its now more than a month.they are saying that it will come anytime.im worried.i miss him a lot.pls some who have experience and who know it pls tell me how long it will take to get the whole thing done.after getting his visa how long will it take to get visa for me?pls help
