Tunisia In april about prices and weather?

  • How is the weather there in April I'm planing to go on 3rd of April for 2 weeks to sousse. Is it close to Egypt weather? If i wanna buy some drinks is it expensive like alcoholic and how are the prices in tax free shops? How are the prices overall compared to egypt. I'm between two egypt or tunisia. The trip is cheaper but depends how is the weather and the prices there.

    The weather in April is actually pretty nice, although sometimes it can rain. It's not as hot as July or August, around the mid 70's range. The prices are comparable to Egypt, it depends on what kind of place you want to stay. Sousse is a nice place, not as expensive during April because it isn't considered tourist season yet. Drinks can be pretty affordable. As for tax free shops, I'm assuming you mean the Duty Free in the airports, and I don't think they have really good deals. But that's just me.

tunisia is much nicer...weather not so hot but i've always come back with a deep tan in april...you're talking mid to upper 20s prices are slightly more than egypt...but it's a nice destination altogether...go for port el kantaoui just outside sousse and is a lovely marina....sousse is a but less classy but a bigger town
