Where is best place to stay in Tunisia?

Hi, my friend and I are planning a holiday in September, end of the month to Tunisia, never been there. Where is the best place to stay and what is the night life there.Is there any Sheesha? last year we went to Egypt, Sharm el shiekh, sharks bay which was better then naama bay,naama bay is good at night, thats what am looking for with Tunisia. All your help will be appreciated.

Well sousse, hotel marhaba, tourkhalef. tej marhaba, any hotel in and around that area as they are in the middle of all resturants bars and night clubs oh and cafes, yes there is chicha. tunisia is an amazing destination x
