Traveling from Algeria to Tunisia?

Why do many people think tunisia is best country in north africa and better than egypt and algeria?

• however these countries are better. and if i ask any one the tell me better standard living and better education and more money. i havenot heard about any scientist in tunisia who won a noble prize, however studying in egypt and algeria is much better. then standard living living in tunisia is very normal and i didnot any difference except that tunisia is a pretty country with green mountauns but i need to know why. maybe they are jealous.
