Feels like a scam to me. 419 style but with modifications. Find someone local that you can meet. Safer that way. If you are going to look into this, I would suggest getting the company information from her. Verify what she tells you using the internet and make a call to the company offices to verify that she actually does work there (assuming the company even exists). I still think it feels scammy, but go with your gut.

Whilst she may be very nice and all the rest, I'd be wary. She seems too eager. Don't rush into it...ask for references etc...
