I need your help....I cant wake up early in the morning...How can you advise me to wake up early...?

I have 4 alarms... I always set it for plus minus 7 hours of sleep... I usually cant sleep until late in the evening...Like at 1 o clock... so naturally, I set my alarm for 8 am....and I only woke at 8:30 am... Thats not too bad...but check this scenario.... Naturally, if i go to bed at 10pm, I set my alarm for 5am...remember 4 alarms...through my sleepiness...i switch off the alarms and only wake at 8am....8am! its like impossible for me to wake up early...except when I really need to and work depends on it etc.... I want to wake early to be proactively and get work done early in the morning, so that during the day, i can focus on other things....and then i want to sleep early...like at about 9pm - 9:30pm.... I work at home btw...

Are you sleeping through the alarms or just not getting up? Try this: JUST GET UP!! When your alarm goes off, get out of bed. Pretend you have to go to the office or you'll be late for work. Because that's what you are doing. The commute is just shorter. Set yourself a time that you have to be at work everyday. When your alarm goes off, get up, do your morning routine. (coffee, breakfast etc) GET DRESSED for work. And go to work and be on time. No being late! If it's a case of not waking up, then maybe put a radio in your room that you can set to go on at a certain time, and turn it up nice and loud. Then follow the above mentioned. :) After a while your body will start getting used to the routine and you'll find that you'll start going to bed at a decent time as well.

Have a baby. Seriously, before our little one came to us, I always had difficulties getting up early. Now he is my alarm: 6.30 I'm up. Every single day! Sigh...

I've got the same problem. Try changing your alarm tone and make it something truly annoying and loud and obnoxious. Change your tone every month or so. And put the phone on the far side of your room. When it goes off force yourself not to fall back in bed, you'll probably be extremely tired for a few days but on the plus side it'll mean that you're tired when you go to be at 21:30. Get into a routine before you go to bed: Wash your face, brush your teeth, read a chapter of a book. Whatever you normally do before bed make sure that it becomes a routine. Try warm milk or lavender scent or other sleep aides. The only other thing to do is keep the hours that your body sets but work for longer during the day. I don't know about you but even if I manage to awake up earlier I still don't do my best work until later. I've found that if I awake up at 8:30 and then work until 18:00 I get more work done than if I try to haul myself out of bed at 6am. You can try to reset your body clock but it'll take a while.

Don't put you alarms next to your bed where they can easily be switched off. Put them somewhere on the other side of the room so that you would have to get up to switch them off. Awake and out of bed, easy!

Get yourself a cat ... they will wake you early for food everyday ♥ or put the alarm out of reach, so you have to get out of bed to turn it off , then just stay up and start working

It sounds as if you might have been born in the wrong part of the world! Maybe your internal clock is set for an entire different time zone. If you are getting enough sleep, otherwise, maybe you need a friend or family to call you at the time you need to get up. If this is a really critical problem perhaps you should consult your family doctor!
