What is the law when it come to people south africa to visit another country?

  • i was told that the people of tunisia not sure if goes for all of africa but that they cant leave the country unless they are married, working visa, or diploma then they can travel to another country i guess what i am wanting to know what is the acutal law for them to be able to leave the country married ect or not married ect so if any one can help that would be great its all so confusing

    See they are controlled by an archaic religion, sharia law, jihad government and god knows what else. The rest of the world can do as they please without controls providing it is within the criminal justice system. South Africans can get a passport and leave the country providing they have paid their income taxes. . .at least that is the law whether it is enforced is another question. South Africa has a reciprocal diplomatic agreement with other countries to allow its citizens to enter a specific country and visa verse.

I'm not sure about South Africa but what you have said about Tunisia isn't true It is difficult for them to get a visa to certain countries (including a visitors visa) including the UK and US but this is mainly due to the amount of over stayers. They have to prove that they have enough money to support themselves in the country they are going to, that they have a good reason not to overstay (such as a good job etc back in Tunisia) and for the UK I think they need to be invited over by a citizian who will be their sponsor (not sure about US). They can however, travel to many Arab countries without a visa.
