What to bring to Warped Tour?

Vans Warped Tour 2010! merch? what to bring? how much money?

• I'm going to warped this week and it will be my first warped ever so i have a few questions. 1) how much does merch typically cost there? pretty much every concert i go to its about $20 for a t-shirt but i hear warped is like $4.50 for a bottle of a water so im just wondering. 2) what should i bring to warped? would i look stupid if i brought a backpack to hold my stuff or do a lot of people do that?.... 3) how much money should i bring? i want to get shirts from a few bands but also for food... 4) any thing else i should know about warped? **if anyone has pictures of the merchandise they got at warped please send pics! im interested haha**

• Answer:

  1) Shirts cost anywhere from 10-30 dollars. Food and drinks are really expensive so I suggest sneaking in a water bottle and some things to snack on. 2) You won't look stupid bringing a backpack, tons of people bring them. If you're gonna carry lot of stuff bring the backpack, but if you aren't gonna get too much stuff I suggest getting a drawstring bag (if you don't know what that is, google it). If you do bring a bag though, you'll have to carry it around all day. 3) Bring anywhere between $30-$150, depending on how much stuff you wanna get 4) -SUN SCREEN - Reapply throughout the day so you don't get burned >.< -Do NOT wear open toed shoes, your feet WILL get stepped on at least once. -I suggest getting their at least an hour early because the line into the venue is very long -The first thing you should do is go tot he big red and white inflatable schedule, it should be near the main stage and the Vans tent. Write down the times so you don't have to keep going back and forth from the stages and the inflatable. -The second thing I suggest you do is to walk around and look for all the stages you'll be going to Have fun :)
