Is it allowed to deliver baby in South Africa (Cape Town), when I am Indian Resident?

Is it allowed to deliver baby in South Africa (Cape Town), when I am Indian Resident? We are thinking to move in Cape Town, as my hubby got job offer there. Do I need to go back to India for delivery ? and if its possible to deliver baby in South Africa, what will be his/her nationality / citizenship ? also can we get birth certificate and all rest related important documents without any problem? Please help..
