Before which date should I leave Saudi? URGENT?

  • Hi, I got multi entry visa for saudi arabia, which shows each stay not exceed 30days.Suppose I come on 27,Aug,and before which date I should leave Saudi? And if I missed the mandatory leaving date, how much penalty should I pay? andthen where can I go for VISA extension?Thanks, Guys.

    You have to leave within 30 days of your entry, unless you renew your visa which you can do twice. Check the Hijri date stamped on the visa. Your company has to renew your visa for you if it's a business visa. It's done by an official registered Public Relations Officer, a Saudi representative. I don't know about other types of visas, but you can check at ISTIQDAM offices. If you miss the leaving date, you or your company will be fined about 500 riyals. If you stay overdue for a long time without renewing, you could get in trouble.

If you entered Saudi Arabia on 27th august, you should leave before 26 september. that a simple math for 30 days!! The penalty is very hefty and you have to pay SR 10,000/- even if you missed by one day! I am not sure that whether any kind of delay will actually revoke your visa all together. Since you have a multiple visa, it should be for an extended period of time for example 6 months.
