Do tv shows in places like Saudi Arabia lead in with music?

yes they allow tv shows with music. even Arabic series comes with intro songs! and btw, about the "singing/music is haram" there are millions of muslims who pray, fast, try to do good all the time and obey Allah, but they still listen to music and some do music. its like they take the islamic religion spiritually, doesn't mean that indeed they are truly muslims ;)

well we have only a couple of official state tv channels. and frankly they bore me to tears so I dont watch them.. Im a satellite addict, we get like 200 foreign channels from asian channels to african channels, european channels and american channels, I watch all the same sitcoms that americans do and brits do. id say Americas got talent show, American idol, and Xfactor leads in with music.. lol

Music isint haram....its not Anywhere in the quran and the few hadith about it are usually mis intrepretated.....its about sitting around All day and listening to music/poetry wasting your time...which is certainly true what some people do. But in and of itself music is not haram....Allah Hafiz
