Is Arab open university (Saudi Arabia) good?

i am considering to attend the university how is the education there? & is their degree recognized internationally/overseas?

it is in 7 countries not only in saudi arabia. they give 2 certificates/degrees at same time one from ukou and other from arab open university. arab open university is new and not very famous around the globe but ukou is very prestigious university in uk ranked in 200 top universities in world. i dont know hows education there but dont consider it a fake university as it is owned/created by prince talal bin abdulaziz.
