Sadingle is right about obtaining a visa from a consulate or an embassy (where a consulate is not available) in your home country or a third country. If you are from Singapore. You have up to 1 month without visa. After that, you need to apply for one. Check out this link for more info: http://dcusa.themoroccanembassy.com/Consular/moroccan_embassy_Consular_visa.aspx

Other answers

Why not go back to where you applied for your one week's visit visa(obviously at a consulate or embassy) and ask about a study visa to learn languages? You should then apply to Universities in Fez or Tetouan for Arabic Studies and French from the French schools in any major city. You should have your acceptance and have paid the fees before you apply for your visa. In my experience most countries are offered visas on entry for a visitor's visa to enter Morocco. Which country are you from?

Visas are a document used to permit you entry into a country. Visas can only be obtained at the consulate abroad of the country you intend to enter. So you will have to return home and apply for a separate visa to enter Morocco to study.
