Hi! how to find the address of mobile phone owner in morocco?

It's not possible, as most Moroccans use pay-per-go phones and do not have contracts. Meditel and Maroc Telecom are the major operators; you could try contacting them (if your friend has a contract). Otherwise, why not just ask him for his address?
