Is it safe to go to Lebanon at Christmas?

Do you think its safe to go to lebanon now or in september ? 2010?

we were planning to go to lebanon in september before we knew about the break out between lebanon and israel. i know it may not be safe to go now, but how about september ?

Neither, if i were you i would not go to lebanon this summer. a lot is being cooked in dark rooms and war is the outcome.

US, Canada, Australia, England all tell their citizens to avoid going there...but then again they say this every year, and if u wanna listen to wut they say u may never visit lebanon...i think its prefectly safe to go there, u just have to avoid the south coz thats where all the heat is...but nothing to worry abt..just take it from the lebanese and see their way of life. so go there and enjoy it...YOU'LL ABSOLUTELY POSITIVELY LOVE IT...its an amazing country and dont wait til september coz its august that it is the busiest and all events and festivals happen in august
