Do I need a visa to go to Syria?

Need a Visa to Syria and Lebanon!!?

  • I am a U.S. citizen and am currently in Jordan. I would like to visit Syria and Lebanon but I know I need a Visa because I only have a U.S. passport. Where should I go? I know i cant get it at the border, do I go to their embassy here in Jordan? What is the process?

    i think for lebanon u get a visa at the border but not for syria , check with ur embassy u can apply for visa in the syrian embassy in amman Edit : according to GerdP , my answer is correct :) :) :)
