Without a doubt, Kichwa Tembo in the Masai Mara. http://www.kichwatembo.com/ I was there in the summer of 2010 and had the most fantastic trip ever. The BEST customer service of ANY business I have ever encountered. My aunt has been there 10 times. She has taken safaris with other outfitters because they are a little cheaper, but she always goes back to Kichwa because it is simply an unbeatable experience--and we just did the regular camp, not the Bateleur camp, which is more expensive. We saw nearly every animal possible, our guide was amazing--knowledgeable and friendly, the dining service was top-notch. You won't go wrong with this camp!
