  hey there, I think the first and most important credential first is, are you a Kenyan Citizen (not resident)? Most organizations except the big ones like UNON and international NGOs like Care International or the WWF and Embassies of Countries have to pay an extra thousands of dollars for your work visa. Though people don't usually check, if you are found working without one you can be fined or imprisoned for such an offense, so they generally don't take the risk. Next, what kind of work are you looking to do? There is an incredible amount of competition for the ex-pat type jobs, and even the more locally-tailored jobs. Most ask for Swahili-English Bilingualism, but great resources for finding these jobs could be the Daily Nation (on Fridays), the Standard or the best of all, connections.
