Why can't jews have their OWN land?

If people hate Israel for "taking over other people’s land", why don't they judge America on the same grounds?

  • The Native American's also has their land taken over...so why aren't the anti-Israel crowd as vocal about that? The reality is that every country was created by taking over someone else’s land. The only difference is that Israel is full of Jews...which Liberals hate! Why cant Liberals love their children more than they hate Jews?

  • Answer:

Because the anti-Israel crowd 1. Owns homes and makes a nice fat living in the USA and Canada on the former Native's land. 2. Is not very good at critical thinking anyway, or they would not be anti-Israel in the first place. 3. Is too clueless to know that there are many Native Americans still alive and fighting for their rights right now, today, in the USA, but since they are law abiding citizens and not screaming terrorists no one pays attention to them. Much more convenient to pretend they all died out a hundred years ago and go on living on their land and appropriating their culture for New Age entertainment-"spirituality", while indulging in phony moralizing about Israel.

Just because others have done it doesn't make it right. Also, pointing fingers doesn't really help strengthen your case it just tells those judging you that you acknowledge you are doing something wrong and therefore trying to divert their attention towards those who have done worse. And what world do you live in? America is constantly judged and hated! All countries are judged liked/disliked by some. 'They did it too' is just childish.

People do judge America on the same grounds, what are you talking about? The only difference really is that Israel is doing it right now, it has nothing to do with religion.

Because Israel doesn't say to the world that God gave the land of Israel to them in the bible. Like it says in the first Rashi in the Torah

You must be American: because in this section, we don't use the word Liberals, Libetards, Pelosi's children, and other funny terms. I think you should look at it in a different way, the Red Indians are the real indigenous people of U.S land, and lets say a 2000yrs from now: the Red Indians would gather an army from Europe and invade the U.S and put all White Americans in camps and tell them that they are no longer in the U.S, but a new Red Indian country since they were here before the White 2000yrs ago: this is exactly what happened to Palestinians in 1948, Jews were fleeing prosecution from Hitler: and when they came to the Mid East: they said this is our land because our ancestors were here 2000yrs ago: this is not your land. And for the past 63yrs they are treating Palestinians worse then slaves; Even though Palestinians have 100 times more history in this land then any white American in the U.S.

Not the same at all... The Jewish people have been living here for some 4,000 years. The land was not taken from the Palsetinians. It is utterly repugnant history revisionism to attempt to equate the plight of the Native American Indian with the situation of the Palsetinian Arabs in the Middle East. An Indian writes "MANY PEOPLE SEE A SIMILARITY BETWEEN American Indians and today’s Palsetinians. I’m Comanche Indian. I see no similarity whatsoever. The ancient, indigenous inhabitants of Palsetine are long perished from the earth. Canaanites, Phoencians, and then Philistines, all were dominated by the Israelites before 1060 BC. Most of these cultural identities dissolved completely by the neo-Babylonian age, or, the 6th century BC. Arabs weren’t even in Palsetine until the mid-7th century AD, over a thousand years later, after Palsetine’s 1,300-year Jewish history. Arabs later living in Palsetine never developed themselves or the land, but remained nomadic and quasi-primitive during their 1,200-year stay. Then a stronger people modern Jews who’d been expelled from their homes in Europe and in Arab countries came in and conquered (without annihilating) the Palsetinian Arabs. As a Comanche Indian, I’m sensitive to this history. I believe the conqueror has a right to what he has conquered. No one owns the land. Only he who is strong enough to possess it will control it and the people living on it. That’s the law of war." http://archive.frontpagemag.com/readArticle.aspx?ARTID=25175 YO The land of Israel was promised to Abraham, the father of the Jewish people, over 4000 years ago. The Jewish slave nation which left Egypt 3800 years ago, under the leadership of Moses, embarked on a journey of national liberation. Their goal was to establish national life in the land of Israel and fulfil the biblical covenant. The first Jewish "state" was established in Israel during the period of the kings and the prophets, and lasted for around 600 years - from 1175 BCE to 586 BCE. Its leaders included King David and King Solomon, and the prophets Samuel, Deborah and Isaiah. Ever since that time, the Jewish people have had a continuous and unbroken physical presence in the land of Israel.
