Is this true that Israel calls elite units reservists who are abroad to urgently return home?

• Just in order to avoid any misunderstandings: i am neutral on the conflict beteen Israel and Arab countries. I have my own opinion which will not be changed, so please, abstain from the answers in support both of Israel and Arab countries. I want to know one simple thing. Recently I read in one French newspaper that Israel ordered the combat rations from a French food manufacturer for soldiers serving in elite units , and that Israel calls reservists of the elite units who are currently abroad to urgently return home. Is this true? Also, i would like to know if it´s true that in a recent visit to France, the IDF Chief of General Staff Gabi Ashkenazi told his French counterpart Jean-Louis Georgelin that Israel is not planning to bomb Iran, but may send elite troops to conduct activities on the ground which may include sabotage to nuclear facilities or assassinations of top Iranian nuclear scientists.
