In the world scale how do you rate the the IDF based on Performance and attitude?

Performance, very good when compared with the not very trained,hardly armed Arab armies it fought. Attitude?when I was really young a military jeep decided to stop under my window at 3a.m then started making really loud noises with it's speakers for the sole purpose of terrorizing everyone in the area...you tell me

It can't even be called an army without US military support my friend. They also like to shoot little Palestinian babies and even proudly print T-shirts with these disturbing images. in performance - first. never lost a war. in attitude - first as well. among all other armies which are involved in fighting, IDF has the lowest rate of innocent civilians hurt.

In both realms I rank them A+, Numero Uno. For a small, in comparison to US, army, they sure can pack a mighty punch. Lest we forget, it was the raid on Entebbe (1976, successful) by Israel that became model for US operations, and US attempted to get US hostages out of Tehran (1979-81, fail) and US eventually signed the Algiers Accord, which said the US wouldn't intervene (militarily or politically) in internal Iranian affairs. (external nuclear threats excepted) None of the Arab armies rate to me because I remember the Gulf wars, domination by US forces, not once but twice, which led to the eventual hanging of Saddam. The Turks were already defeated once this century so I think third place would have to go to Iran, who sent thousands of their children into Iraqi minefields during the Iran-Iraq war, to set off the mines so their adult soldiers could pass, and the children were armed with plastic keys to paradise. Performance and attitude fighting Iran is a challenge, also because Iran is known also as the 'nation of bloggers' (propagandists.) The thing about a war with Iran is that it would be a war that the West cannot lose. In 1v1, Israel or America would win and Iran would lose because we recognize our survival is at stake, that the Islamic Revolution that started in 1979 continues to emanate from there, while the Iranian people recognize their leader (Achmedinijad) is to blame for hostility to them, and even Iran's own Islamic neighbors want Iran put in their place. It´s very difficult to rate an army. Let´s put it so. Among all the armies of the world, there are only two which can defeat IDF at home. It´s the US and China.

I will go for the world record of thumbs down. Which would be good, since the reputation of an army is best when it's most unpopular. I rate them as 3td best army in the world, going towards a 2nd place. In any case the army I would wish to have on my side in turbulant times.
