Looking for a book called "Michtavim L'Ofra", or "Letters to Ofra". It is about Ofra Haza?

It is a book written by Bezalel Aloni, who was the manager of deceased Israeli singer Ofra Haza. I cannot find it on the internet anywhere. Where can I get it from?
