Until those Egyptian politicians and generals who tasted the defeat of 1967 and 1973 were alive, Egypt was very cautious. Now, the new generation of Egyptians raised on the propagandistic lies about how their fathers had "defeated" Israel in 1973 thinks that the war with Israel is something like shooting on the defenceless Yemenites. Israel will have another clash with Egyptians, it´s just the matter of time. I have not doubts that Israel will beat Egypt up. But I have doubts Israel will be able to gain the maximum of its victory. This country is famous for the absolute incompetence of its politicians and their inability to get the advantages of the brilliant victories of the Israeli soldiers.

Wow, that's a lot more that I would suspect. I wouldn't necessarily call Egypt the terrorists, since in it could be that they did nothing at all to help the perpetrators our nor had motives of terror.
