What is freedom of artistic expression?

Does Freedom of Expression include businesses?

• It seems to me that not only does "freedom of expression" include items such as "freedom of speech" but should also include the right for companies to do business with whomever they want freely. That being the case, does boycotting businesses that do business with Israel constitute a violation of "freedom of expression"? What about getting a company to divest from Israel? Does that constitute a violation of "freedom of expression"? I should note that this is a leading question. I personally do NOT believe it is a violation of freedom of expression, regardless of my personal views of the ridiculousness of boycotting Israel. However, several others here have labeled the Jewish Federation of the Bay Area getting a museum to drop a children's exhibit as a violation of "freedom of expression". They have also cited an organization called "Jewish Voice for Peace" which called that "in bad taste". So, I want to know if those people consider boycotting Israel a violation of "freedom of expression". For the record, "Jewish Voice for Peace" is one of the organizations that supports boycotting Israel (which is a bit ironic but not surprising... apparently, its a case of "bad taste" for thee but not for me).
