Israelis live in a country called Israel, Palsetinians want them out. Israelis own the country and let the Palsetinians live there. Arabs in Israel are calling themselves Palsetinians, so in your opinion should they move to a Palsetinian country if a Palsetine country will ever come to be ?? It was called Philistine not Palsetine, when the Brits came to Israel they called the whole area Palsetine, Jordan included.

We have been living under foreign rule for 2,000 years and have suffered greatly for it. The reason Israel was called Palestine is because the Romans exiled the Jews from their land, destroyed the Temple, then changed the name of Israel to Palestine in order to obliterate any connection the Jews ever had to their land! The name Palestine refers to Philistine, NON-ARAB warlike people who inhabited the land long before the Jews have ever settled there. I don't think accepting 55% of it under the Partition Plan and then grabbing the rest of it constitutes a desire to live with the Palestinians,nor is banning immigration by Christians and Muslims. When it was dominated by Muslims and Christians they were quite tolerant of jews; under jewish domination it has become a racist cesspool.

He respected palestinian arabs more then palestinian arabs respected themselves. The jewish constitution overseen by Ben Gurion stated that arabs and Jews will live in one state (of the Jewish state) nearby a palestinian arab state in the west bank. One will have an arab minority and the other a Jewish minority. Arabs in Israel DO NOT need to attain citizenship but may live there if they desire. The same goes for Jews in an arab state. In the Jewish state affirmative action was to be implemented for arabs so they are not discriminated against. There is no such line in the arab constitution of the arab state. There were Israelis living before 1948, they call themselves palestinian jews. Palestinian arabs did not start calling themselves palestinians before 1960's. The term was first used during the eraly 1900's in order to gain independence because of oppression of bedoin arabs and egyptian arabs in GAZA, not the west bank. The area the league of Nations called the "British Mandate of Palestine" had not been called Palestine during the previous 400 years of Ottoman Muslim rule. The Arabs living in Israel are not slaves, they are full Israeli citizens. Those Arabs that left after the founding of Israel, did so because they didn't want to live peacefully with Jews. The Arab Palestinians got most of the Mandate of Palestine, as it turns out.
