Does a cell phone send a DPS location when you send a text message?

I want to send a text message to a cell phone in israel via email. The cell company is Orange. help!?

[email protected] put their number in the x's. I found it on google under... "send a text to an orange phone" It gives you whatever cell company's email address. Here's a site with ISREALs orange company, it might be a little different.. http://www.text4free.net/ Good luck!

I don't know if such a thing exists, but if so I suppose it would be @orange.co.il. If you are seriously interested, you can download ICQ, a messenger application that allows you to send text messages.

i HAD THE SAME PROBLEM HERES A TIP, TEXT YOUR MESSAGE TAKE OUT THE CHIP PUT THE CHIP IN A BOTTLE AND SCREW ON THE TOP THROW IT IN THE SEA AND HOPE FOR THE BEST. BET UR LAUGHING AT THIS STUPID ANSWER THOUGH :-)

I tried the second answer and it didn't work for me but maybe it will for you, so again the right answer in my opinion is Michael J and yellowcloudwoman use ICQ / Skype /messenger as well to send Sms msgs.

use Skype. you will need to buy some credits but this is the only way i know how to send a sms to a phone overseas.
