What do Muslims think about "Israel and Palestinian Arabs living in harmony and peace side by side"?

  • 90% of the Muslims in Morocco, 85% of Jordanians, 80% of the Palestinian Arabs, 75% of the Lebanese, 73% of the Kuwait Muslims, 58% of the Pakistanis, 60% of the Indonesians and 49% of the Turks expressed the opinion that ““The rights and needs of the Palestinian people cannot be taken care of as long as the state of Israel exists.” Israelis, what is not clear to you about how Muslims see your future?

  • Answer:

Oh, they overlook the peaceful ones that are already absorbed into the Jewish State of Israel who's rights and needs are already met, and opt to favor the hostile ones that are fighting against the State of Israel. It's obvious that they are fighting against the State of Israel and not for their own statehood or not for peace side by side, as they had opportunity for nearly 20 years to make their own state when Jordan had control of West Bank and Egypt had control of Gaza, and they also declined the UN Vote to make their own state. They don't want their state they want to get the State of Israel and keep these "homeless" Palestinian people who refused Jordanian nationality (who got 80% of the former Palestine Mandate) and refuse to be absorbed into any of their other countries either, as their prime cause to fight against the State of Israel. Here is their strategy, in case anyone missed that memo, and some further statistics and quotes: "If the Jewish State becomes a fact [the Arabs] will drive the Jews who live in their midst into the sea." Hassan al-Banna, founder of the Muslim Brotherhood 1948 http://www.terrorismawareness.org/what-really-happened/ "The Palestinian people does not exist. The creation of a Palestinian state is only a means for continuing our struggle against the state of Israel for our Arab unity. In reality today there is no difference between Jordanians, Palestinians, Syrians and Lebanese. Only for political and tactical reasons do we speak today about the existence of a Palestinian people, since Arab national interests demand that we posit the existence of a distinct "Palestinian people" to oppose Zionism. For tactical reasons, Jordan, which is a sovereign state with defined borders, cannot raise claims to Haifa and Jaffa. While as a Palestinian, I can undoubtedly demand Haifa, Jaffa, Beer-Sheva and Jerusalem. However, the moment we reclaim our right to all of Palestine, we will not wait even a minute to unite Palestine and Jordan." -- PLO Executive Committee member Zuhayr Muhsin, March 31, 1977, interview with the Dutch newspaper Trouw." "The Oslo Accords were a trojan horse; the strategic goal is the liberation of Palestine from [the Jordan] river to [the Med] Sea." Faysal Al Husseini PA Minister for Jerusalem Affairs, 24June2001 Al-Arabi Daily Newspaper "You Arabs admitted that the [Palestinian] cause began after 1967...The Israelis can sue you now, and if they sue you they will win." Libyan President Qaddafi to Arab Summit 2008 http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QP2ePHOLSqo 59% of Palestinians support the armed struggle against Israel even after receiving statehood with East Jerusalem as their capital. PCPO 2003 margin +/- 4% 72% of children from Gaza expressed hopes of becoming suicide martyrs. Sout Al-Nissa (voice of the woman) Al-Ayyam 24Jan2001 2007 statistics show 52.2 percent of Palestinian population are children age 18 and under and 93 percent have experienced domestic violence (Palestinian Central Bureau of Statistics and the Palestinian Center for Public Opinion (PCPO)) 60% of the Palestinian population wants to elect Marwan Barghouti, who is serving 5 lifetime sentences for cold blooded murder. - Israel National News It is just perfectly clear to me that they are a violent society with their sites on Israel and beyond. Jihadist = Terrorist Jihadist - a 9/11, 7/7 or other suicide bomber in plane, subway, bus, train or bulldozer transportation of their choice on any continent of their choice. Also means "one that struggles with infidel." The silent majority of Muslims support their extremists by their lack of struggle to confront them. This is supported in Quran Hamas In Their Own Voices http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=i08L09V0_sg Rome Will be Conquered, [and we will] spread thru Europe in its entirety and then will turn to the two Americas, and even Eastern Europe -- Yunis Al-Astal, Hamas MP & Cleric, Hamas TV 4/13/08 They also forget that Jewish people (and Christians) were living as dhimmi, and Israel absorbed her refugees who were forced to forfeit assets five times the size of Israel in those Muslim dominated lands. Considering the majority of Palestinian Muslims and Christians are for a two state solution, I find your statistics not credible. Do you have a link? "that just proves the agenda of the barbarian hordes"aahh yes barbarian hordes, people that displace the original population with their own, killing them all or subjugating them as second class citizens...yes very apt indeed. But I'm surprised that Roosterman would come up on the Palestinian side, considering his past posts! Always pegged him for a Zionist...

The same people probably believe that eventually, the rest of the world will become Islamic either by peaceful or other means, and probably would support the genocide of the Jews anyway. Criaker: I would guess that Jewish Israelis could not really care how Muslims see their future, because they know how they see theirs if push comes to shove.

It had been the same way till Israel was invented and started to call on Jews allover the Middle East to leave their homelands where they lived for over 2000 years after the Romans sent them to exile. Muslims used to respect and protect the Jews everywhere even on the days when Europe was chasing them and sending them to gas chambers. Israeli politicians and war mongers are the ones to blame for the deterioration of the Jewish/Muslim relations in the last few decades.

The title has nothing to do with the content my friend. These people believe that Palestinian rights will only be preserved under civilized and democratic country. Unless you are telling us that Israel is taking care of the Palestinian rights in the West Bank where Palestinians do not carry any terrorist attacks, but continuously suffer from IDF and settler's terrorism. We all know that Israel wants Palestine a Jewish majority state. I join my voices to our friends in these Muslim countries, and i hope Palestinians will have their own country someday where Jews, Muslims, and Christians will live freely and equally again like they did before Zionism You might find this informative: http://www.haaretz.com/news/diplomacy-defense/poll-most-palestinians-want-peace-with-israel-1.297196 All the best

no sources of course! op that typical jewish propaganda, that shît doesn't fly anymore, the whole world knows the truth, btw...why do you always make crâp up? Just because it sounds good doesn't make it true stupid kid.

interesting how there are no muslim responses to this question.... at least the muslims in the countries you mentioned are honest about their true opinion.
