Tours to Israel from Europe?

My grandparents and I are planning a trip to Europe this summer and we thought it'd be interesting to see Israel during that period. I have been researching tours online and I am finding it difficult to find tours from Europe. We will be staying dominantly in south Germany so we can fly to Tel Aviv from either Salzburg or Munich. The problem is, we only want a tour that lasts about a week and my grandparents don't walk very well and can't keep up with a fast paced group as well. Ideas?

flying from Munic will be cheaper. you should contact them: http://www.israeltravel.co.il/ and they can assist you in finding a tour operator that will fit your style. you can also just hire a car and do it by yourselves. Israel is very easy to tour.
