How did Jews get Israel?
-
I want to know better than just "they bought land from UK". And did they really kick out the inhabitants? I heard they offered them to migrate, but they refused.

Answer:
God said to Abram: "Go from your land ... to the land that I will show you." (Genesis 12:1) Jews have had a continued presence in Israel for 3,000 years and have never relinquished their claim. Arabs rejected the United Nations resolution of November 29, 1947 calling for the establishment of two states in Palestine, with an all out war to eliminate Jews enacted by the Arab world. After the 1967 War -- another war of Arab aggression -- Israel recovered a small remnant (13% in whole) of what was promised to them by the UN -- eventually handing back the Sinai Desert for peace with Egypt in 1977. Between 1948-1967, Jordan and Egypt, who governed the West Bank and Gaza, respectively, never offered to surrender those lands to form an independent Palestinian state. No Palestinian organization ever sought an independent state. No Arab country had even suggested its existence. An Arab Palestine has never been the name of any nation or state. 'Palestine' was a geographical term used only to identify administrative boundaries within larger empires, nothing more. The purpose of a separate Palestinian State was defined faultlessly by the late Zoher Moessein, head of PLO bureau of military operation: "There is no difference between Jordanians, Palestinians and Lebanese; we are all members of the same nation. Solely for political reasons are we careful to stress our identity as Palestinians. Since a separate State of Palestine would be an extra weapon in Arab hands to fight Zionism with. Yes, we do call for the creation of a Palestinian state for tactical reasons. Such a state would be a new means of continuing the battle against Zionism, and for Arab unity." An offshoot of the occupation myth is the 'refugee' fabrication. It states that a significant portion of the Arab population was driven out of Israel by force during the 1948 War. It makes for good copy, but it's false. Egyptian activist, Edward Said, the most famous of these "refugees," for example, has been exposed as a fraud, as has this revisionist history. Mark Twain, a man, one would think, as devoid of 'imperialistic Zionist' intentions, wrote in 1867 that Palestine was "a desolate country whose soil is rich enough but is given over wholly to weeds." Yet, Arabs have claimed that over a million refugees were forced from their homes during the 1948 War of Independence -- this number includes Arabs whose relatives entered Israel from 1946 onward. The number of Arab refugees is probably closer to 400,000, most of whom took it upon themselves to flee despite Jewish assurances that they would not be harmed. The contention that Arabs were removed by gunpoint is totally incorrect. Research by the Arab-sponsored Institute for Palestinians Studies in Beirut found that "the majority of the Arab refugees in 1948 were not expelled and 68 percent left without ever seeing an Israeli soldier." In her meticulously researched book, From Time Immemorial, Joan Peters proves that a roughly equivalent number of Jewish refugees were expelled from Arab nations during the same period -- 120,000 from Iraq alone. It is estimated that one million immigrants were integrated into Israel's society from 1948-1950. None of them, on the other hand, were confined for life to refugee camps.

Bribery; they got the Balfour declaration by having the Rothschild banking concern offer in exchange a large sum in interest-free war loans. They the Partition Plan in 1947 by bribing various countries assigned to vote on the matter. The rest they seized by forces in a series of wars. However acquisition of teritory by force is a violation of international law. It can be held during the course of a conflict but it must be returned at the conclusion of hostilities; that's Germany,Japan,Grenada, the Dominican Republic and Iraq are not claimed as U.S. territory. They have persisted in driving out the original inhabitants by any and all means including massacres.

The Jewish people base their claim to the Land of Israel on at least four premises: 1) the Jewish people settled and developed the land; 2) the international community granted political sovereignty in Palestine to the Jewish people; 3) the territory was captured in defensive wars and 4) God promised the land to the patriarch Abraham.Israel's international "birth certificate" was validated by the promise of the Bible; uninterrupted Jewish settlement from the time of Joshua onward; the Balfour Declaration of 1917; the League of Nations Mandate, which incorporated the Balfour Declaration; the United Nations partition resolution of 1947; Israel's admission to the UN in 1949; the recognition of Israel by most other states; and, most of all, the society created by Israel's people in decades of thriving, dynamic national existence.

The first time, according to the Torah, they ethnically cleansed the Canaanites as they were ordered to do by god. The second time, they claimed independence in territory where they were 51% of the population. A series of "defencive wars" somehow allows them to claim the land they have today. Funny that at my trial, the judge didn't accept my claim that the rape was in self-defence, even though I cited Israel. But that's off topic.
It is time the UN RATIFY the two state like they did Israel(AFTER the fact). If Israel has a right to exist so do the Palestinians WITHOUT ISRAEL STEALING THEIR LAND, KILLING THEM TO DO IT. First, the land was given as RESIDENCY for the Jews, not as OWNERSHIP- NO WHERE does it say the Jews owned it or were to kill the Arabs to get it. God quite explicitly states whom the land belongs to-GUESS WHAT- it was not the Jews, but the Arabs. CAN ANY ONE BELIEVE GOD WOULD COMMAND THE JEWS TO STEAL SOMEONE ELSE'S LAND AND KILL THEM FOR IT? Matter of fact in, the Bible, God PUNISHES the city on the hill(that's Israel). She is brought to her knees for her indiscretions(this can ONLY be the Palestinian situation) Nation up on nation shall rise up against her-sound familiar-even the US, her only supporter is changing direcection. God intervenes and Israel is turned from her wicked ways. A NEW Jerusalem, possibly shared, instead of divided as is now, arises. This is in the Bible. The truth is that Jews (not Israel) bought about 7% of the land before 1948. Most of the rest was owned by Palestinians as documented by the British Mandate. The remaining land was STOLEN from the Palestinians AS DOCUMENTED BY THE BRITISH: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/British_Man... The Arabs of Canaan are the Arabs of Palestine. They were there AT LEAST EQUALLY as long as the Jews/Israelis, but they had a constant presence and a defined land. The Jews were nomadic and had NO land until what was taken from the Palestinians in 1948. Both Jews and Arabs have the same father, Abraham, whom although Semitic, possibly Hebrew, was not considered Jewish. Abraham, his parents, and his ancestry is from Babylon, which is, in fact, INSIDE the Arabian Peninsula, the origin of the Arab peoples. So he may very well have been Arab. Palestine is a name which has been widely used since Roman times to refer to the region that includes contemporary Israel and the Palestinian territories, parts of Jordan, and parts of Lebanon and Syria. In its narrow meaning, it refers to the area within the boundaries of the former British Mandate of Palestine (1920-1948) west of the Jordan River. Palestine can also refer to the Proposed Palestinian State. The name and the borders of Palestine have varied throughout history, though Palestine has certain natural boundaries that justify its historical individuality. Other terms that have been used to refer to all or part of this area include Arabistan, Canaan, Greater Israel, Greater Syria, the Holy Land, Iudaea Province, Israel, "Israel HaShlema", Kingdom of Israel, Kingdom of Jerusalem, Land of Israel, Levant, Retenu (Ancient Egyptian), Southern Syria, and Syria Palestina. Early archeological textual reference to the territory of Palestine is found in the Merneptah Stele, dated c. 1200 BCE, containing a recount of Egyptian king Merneptah's victories in the land of Canaan, mentioning place-names such as Gezer, Ashkelon and Yanoam, along with Israel, which is mentioned using a hieroglyphic determinative that indicates a nomad people, rather than a state. The promise that is the basis of the term "promised land" is contained in Genesis 15:18-21 of the Hebrew Bible: "On that day the LORD made a covenant with Abrham and said, "To your descendants I give this land, from the river of Egypt to the great river, the Euphrates - the land of the Kenites, Kenizzites, Kadmonites, Hittites, Perizzites, Rephaites, Amorites, Canaanites, Girgashites and Jebusites." The verse is said to describe what are known as "Borders of the Land" (Gevulot Ha-aretz). In Jewish tradition these borders define the maximum extent of the land promised to the descendants of Abraham through his son Isaac(2nd born-the Jewish lineage and Ishmael the 1st born and the Arab lineage) and grandson Jacob.Even according to Hebrew customs, the oldest son, which is Ishmael, is entitled to the father's inheritance, but because Sarah despised Ishmael, she wanted Isaac to get the inheritance and had Abraham exhile Ishmael. Neither is Ishmael illegitimate but the legal son of his SECOND wife Hagar-Genesis 16: "And Sarah Abraham's wife took Hagar her maid the Egyptian, after Abraham had dwelt ten years in the land of Canaan, and gave her to her husband Abraham to be his WIFE(my emphasis).By Hebrew tradition, when one or the other spouse can not perform their duties, the remaining spouse can the partner's closest relative/ friend to legally fulfill those duties-in this case Hagar. "On that day Yahweh made a covenant with Abraham, saying, "To your descendants I have given this land, from the river of Egypt as far as the great river, the river Euphrates. (Genesis15:18)"Ishamael was Abraham's FIRST born. The promise is made to Abraham and the descendants of his son Ishmael(According to Hebrew law, the first born gets ALL the inheritance), Isaac, and Isaac's son Jacob, Abraham's grandson as they are all given promise that their descendants will be given a territory from the river of Egypt to the Euphrates river. No where does it say the Israelis/Jews OWNED the land, nor were they to take it from, and, kill the Palestinians. The Israelis/Jews were given a land ONLY to reside in as many Jews already had among the Palestinians. ***God CLEARLY states whom the land belongs to-"the land of the Kenites, Kenizzites, Kadmonites, Hittites, Perizzites, Rephaites, Amorites, Canaanites, Girgashites and Jebusites." Of all these people, only the Palestinians whom are considered Canaanites, are still around. Except for Iran and Israel, Arabs own all of what was Canaan.*** *According to Alexander Scholch, GERMAN JEW AND PROFESSIONAL HISTORIAN, the population of Palestine in 1850 had about 350,000 inhabitants, 30% of whom lived in 13 towns; roughly 85% were Muslims(Arabs), 11% were Christians and 4% Jews.Scholch, 1985, p. 503. Palestinian Demographics Link up to 1948 http://www.mideastweb.org/palpop.htm The Arabs(Ishmael) were there first and the Jews(Isaac) were there second. Even according to Hebrew law, Ishmael, not Isaac, was entitled to Abraham's inheritance. "On that day Yahweh made a covenant with Abrahm, saying, "To your descendants I have given this land, from the river of Egypt as far as the great river, the river Euphrates. (Genesis15:18)"Ishamael(Arabs) was Abraham's first born and by Hebrew law, entiteled to ALL of the Father's inheritance. Sarah, a mere mortal, somehow hoodwinked God and God fell for it. The Arabs were and are the MAJORITY there. The Jews, whom made up less than 5% of the population lived peacefully among their Arab hosts until the British Mandate of 1922 when FOREIGN(MOSTLY ILLEGAL-exceeding quotas set by the British) Jews with little or NO Middle East ties immigrated to Arab Palestine-swelling the population to 35%.The Arab armies(no Jews participated) had just thrown off the Ottoman Empire. The UN assigned Britain to occupy Arab Palestine(at least 90% of the population,6% other, less than 5% Jews). When the Jews became 35% of the population, they became belligerent forming murderous Jewish terrorist groups, the Stern Gang and Irgun(now democratically elected Likud-exact counter part of the Arab Hamas). They demanded a homeland carved out of ARAB Palestine and attacked and killed their Arab hosts. This ended with the Jewish taking MORE land than the UN agreed to. The UN did not ratify this until AFTER Israel formed in 1948. In summary of core FACTS: Arabs first and, MAJORITY, Biblically, and, scientifically, Jews second, Arabs OWNED Palestine, Jews did not, Jews STARTED the killings and land thefts under misinterpetation of God's promise, and, the British Mandate(political, NOT, land borders).ISRAEL IS VERY WRONG. Currently, there are 5.4 million Jews in Israel, the West Bank, and Gaza strips(true Palestine). There are 5.6 million Arabs in Israel, the West Bank , and Gaza strips(true Palestine). The Arabs outnumber the Jews in true Palestine by about 200,000.Jews outnumber Arabs in Israel and Arabs outnumber Jews in the West Bank and Gaza stips-actually in almost exact mirror proportions-the two state is already up-IT NEEDS ratification. As for the British Mandate, read it closely-Palestine was to REMAIN one country-one land-ONLY POLITICAL borders for Jews and Arabs were assigned. Jews ERRONEOUSLY interpeted these POLITICAL borders as a Jewish COUNTRY'S borders-read it CLOSELY.

Read a history book. The situation is a bit more complex then a short answer could give you. You would have to understand a bit of backround history of WW1, WW2, the Turkish control of the region and then the British control. The Jews "Got" Israel by fighting for it. They received UN partition of the area held by the British as a extra validation. Jews have always lived there. They obviously received a boost in population because of WW2. Half the immigrants to Israel are from Arab/Persia, and North Africa. The rest from Europe and America. Anyway, The Jews got Israel, the Palestinians got Jordan, the rest of the people got Syria, and Lebanon. So the smallest of all the land groups was for the Jews to build a nation. The 80% or more went to the Arabs. Yes there were some sales of land to the Jews by Arabs, and Jews owned some already. But all of it was Turkish and later British controlled Land. There never was a Palestinian Nation. Many of the Palestinian Arabs are Bedouin and Roamed all over the area. Many were small sustenance farmers such as those that grow barley in Gaza, sold to Europe for Beer making. After WW2 and the collapse of the British and other colonial empires. Many new nations were formed by those who were organized and had the foresight to do so. Pakistan is another good example of a new nation like Israel(only it's Muslim). The inhabitance of that land had to leave so Pakistan would be a Muslim only nation, while India would be for anyone else. In Israel there was only evacuation by the Palestinians from lands because of their fear that during the Arab wars they would be attacked. The Israelis called on them to stay in many documented cases. After the war, land lost in battle or abandoned was claimed by Israel. The Arabs attacked Israel many times, each time losing, and losing more land. In a Nutshell that is it. Just as an aside. I think Israel should annex all of the Gaza and West Bank. Those Arabs who wish to be Israeli citizens could do so.The rest as well as known criminals can be deported to Jordan or the border of their choice. That is the only Peace plan that will work. Edit: It's funny how the pathetic Palestinians and their supporters can't accept factual history. They need to keep telling each other lies in order to continue the whining and moaning over a problem THEY created. They will never see their state now. That option is passing them by. They should have taken the deal in the beginning. Soon it will be too late.(I hope it's too late now. I want them out! Get out of my land!!)
More like they bought land legally from Arab owners who willingly sold it to them. Many Arabs didn't like the idea of Jews buying up their neighborhood, and started violent attacks. This grew into a major conflict between Arabs and Jews. In 1948 the UN decided to partition the land into two, one for a Jewish state and one for an Arab state. The Jews accepted, the Arabs did not and launched a war whose declared purpose was annihilation of the Jews. The Jews fought back and won. During the war some Arabs fled to make way for the Arab armies to kill the Jews. Others fled out of fear. Others were expelled because they were in strategic areas that would have made Israel indefensible had they been left in place. Read some history. Maybe start with Wikipedia.

They did not buy the land of the UK. The UN set up areas for Jews and the Palestinians. When the influx of immigrants became too great the British forces tried to limit it because the Jewish population was beginning to displace the inhabitants. Jewish terrorist groups formed to attack British soldiers and also played some part in the displacement and in some cases death of Palestinian communities. In 1948-49 the UN, as usual, failed to carry out it's duty and make sure that both communities were content. After the conflict in those years the Jews formed the Israeli state.

They got it at gunpoint. They were backed by the U.S.S.R. via Czechoslavakia. They just up and took over the place by force.

The Ottoman empire lost Palestine after the WW1 loss! Britain captured the land and reward it 2 the Jews to establish a "Jewish Homeland" on Palestine.
