Where Are Brazilian Artifacts Around The World?

When will the Louvre and other museums around the world give all egyptian art/artifacts they have to Egypt?

  • When will the Louvre and other museums around the world give all that they have stolen from Egypt (Ancient Egyptian artifacts, pieces of art, mummies, etc) back to Egypt where all of it REALLY belongs? What has the Egyptian government done to recover all these pieces of art, etc? What is the Egyptian government doing to get all these pieces of art, artifacts, etc back to Egypt? What could be the definitive way to recover once and for all the pieces of art, artifacts, etc of Ancient Egypt they stole? If they do not respect what belongs to Egypt by Natural (God given) Right, why should Egypt respect what God gave to France, and other countries that have pieces of art, artifacts, etc of Ancient Egypt?

    they will give them back when pigs fly! sadly, the rest of the world has no respect what so ever towards Egypt! personal opinion: let them keep them, at least they know the value of such artifacts and give it the proper respect.Most Egyptians don't know the value of such things. How many Egyptians visited the pyramids?! Not as much as you would expect. I am Egyptian and I've never visited the pyramids.(shame on me) usually when you have something of significant value, by time you start caring less about it. because you are pretty sure it will stay forever. =/

Until Egypt has the capability to house and maintain all the artifacts that have been removed over the years there is no point in bringing them back. Egypt is in the process of building a large, state-of-the-art museum in Giza that will house all the artifacts that are currently moldering in the basement of the Cairo Museum and them some. This will alter the world's perception of Egypt's ability to house and properly protect their ancient artifacts. But not everyone can afford to fly to Egypt to see what has been preserved here. Better to leave some of the artifacts in foreign museums so that everyone has the opportunity to view and appreciate the wonders of the ancient civilizations.

it's better they stay in LOUVRE and THE BRITISH MUSEUM----------- look what happened to the museum in baghdad iraq-------after baghdad fell to us forces---------IRAQI TROLLS [looters] -------looted the museum ------and many ancient artefact's,arts,showpieces etc were gone forever middle east is a continuous simmering battle zone --------when and what happens ------none can predict although egypt is in africa-----------but somehow --------i feel it is intertwined with the happenings in the middle east hence i think they are far safer in british museum and the french louvre-------so that humanity get's a chance to view them far through the coming ages just my view good luck

Probably when Egyptians stop selling off the ones they still have. No names but I know of a couple of Egyptians at this moment who have first hand knowledge into selling off artifacts, High named officials are involved taking a cut and they have connections enough to let these things out of Egypt. Do you really think there is ANY seriousness into getting back older artifacts when newly discovered ones nobody knows about are being sold daily? Come on...

may be when we respect our history and keep the mucharts we have here allready,in god conditions.instead of the bad stores we have every where without any care or guard...we must learn our kids how to taste andknow values of it,and when we put the suitable especialists in the right place.instead of general employs as we see ,,we must have more especialists to keep all these arts,making more muesum for it and spread this culture from primary schools
