Can I attend a american high school when I'm not american?

Im american but im goin to egypt for my first year of high school, which american school in cairo is the best?

    Hello There are many schools offering American high school diplomas in Egypt. I will name you the top three... by this I mean the most respected ...so unfortunately the most expensive... but for sure the most likely to get you a decent university place! 1.Modern English School, Cairo (has a great American school and offers the IB diploma too) 2.Cairo American College 3. Try MASE I know people who are teachers there, my children go there and it is good. Other options that are more expensive are AIS, which costs a lot and the academics are really tough. In an International American Diploma school, students are encouraged to think for themselves and to work at their own pace. SAT is also very important and it is usually taught as an optional part of the curriculum I am not Egyptian ...but I have lived here for eight years! Best of luck
