Egypt : Project proposed by Egyptian NASA scientist Farouq El-Bazz ?

• Hi guys I was watching t.v some hours ago.I watched farouq el bazz idea about extending and use of desert and use of nile to supply it and extending Egypt !. Basically the project cost 25 billion dollars and would be done in 10 years,but its really good ! it would help Egypt alot !. I think it will really improve Egypt alot and the military and current minister said he would study it and do it:D and he made farouq el bazz talked about it in the meeting with ministers today!.
