Where Egyptian can get international driving permit or driving licence in Cairo. I need address of an office or phone. I want to travel abroad and need to drive there.

I remember I got mine from Meroor in Medinat Naser; Menaasa st; Their is Mostafa Mahmoud Mosque and its right next to it; by a 100 meters.... but that was 5 yrs ago maybe they changed; but probably not...
