What is the best place to visit in egypt?

Where in Egypt are you going.......... Alexandria..... Library,Palace.Markets,Fish Restaurants,Beach Cairo..... Pyramids,Egyptian Museum,Islamic Museum,Anderson Museum,Citadel,Felucca Ride down Nile, City of the dead,El Hussain Mosque,Coptic Quarter,Khan Kalili,Sakara, you could take a trip to see the desert Oasis in Fayoum also good shopping in Cairo Luxor..... Luxor Museum,Luxor Temple,Museum of Mummification,Valley of the Kings and Queens,Karnak, Historic Old Winter Palace,Souk Aswan..... Unfinished Oberlix,Kitcheners Island,Nubian Village,Nubian Museum,Philae Temple,The beautiful Catarat Hotel,Aswan Dam,usual Souk further south is Abu Simbel Sharm and Hurghada........ These two places are purely touristic if sun sea and relaxing are your chosen holiday then this is the place for you with it's beautiful coral reefs.Both places are surrounded by desert so the perfect place for Dune Buggy,Horse or Camel Rides.They have numerous clubs and Restaurants but if you are looking for historic sites then the only one is St.Catherines Monastry which is situated in the middle of the Sinia Desert on a hill (the sun rise there is amazing) this is from Sharm only. They are both places to chill out great for this but not (in my travel all over Egypt) a place to see the real Egypt. This is just a few suggestions and hope this helps a little Anyway whatever your chosen destination have a good time.

Well first of all I assume you are going to be in Cairo ( the capital city of Egypt) so I think you would love to visit the pyramids and Sphinx but I would like to warn you that Cairo is such a busy city and it is full of people but there are a lot of nice places ( and the pyramids are there !) and it would be a good idea if you visit tarir square ( where the Egyptian revolution was) people drew nice stuff and it is great but if you want a quieter place you might try going to Alexandria (which is the second biggest city in Egypt) it is so beautiful and wonderful beaches and there is the biggest library in the middle east . plus that you can go to a summer resort ( there is a lot of summer resorts in Alexandria ) people from all over Egypt come in the summer to these Resorts. another wonderful place to go to is sharm el shiek , you can get a tan and swim in the red sea , I went there and it was wonderful and last but not least is luxor and Aswan there is a lot of ancient places and drawings ( if you are interested in the ancient Egyptians I would recommend you to go there ) There is just too much things to do in Egypt I don't know which you can start with .... they are all wonderful but you can start by visiting the pyramids and maybe going on a safari :) I hope enjoy your Visit to Egypt =) =)
