Can I find a job in Alexandria Egypt with a USA Computer Science Degree?

Ok so I have a computer Science Degree from Florida and I want to know what I can do for a job in Alexandria Egypt with that and what companies I can look into. I have a ton of web development experience as well. Any links and salary that I might earn will be appreciated

Go for mega companies in Egypt especially telecommunications. There are also some big companies in Alexandria like "Talaat Mustafa Group". But with all these degrees and experiences why going so small when you can establish your own business in Egypt, just an office and a placard and the experience will do.
